What does a mission whose why stands for rural moms and their children look like? “Limping into a one step at a time to having the marginalised rural people thrive remains our dedication although not an easy commitment but worth going” This is a statement stressed by Sarah Babirye our Co-founder and Women Director to Apex FM. A local radio station and media house in Jinja and the entire region as thousands had tuned in. She further added, starting with a team of 12 (Twelve) rural moms who needed a skillset to better their lives, now a movement whose livelihood is turning around and yet sounds the beginning.Focusing on this and the future is all we see with a possibility to driving more livelihood as better transformational agents
Our focus for 2025 remains, Small Enterprise Development, Rural Child Education Support and Expanding micro-loan beneficiaries from 5 to 8 rural women in every Learning Group for rural moms gaining more potential for their children’s clear pathway to thriving and sustaining a team of 6 (Six) volunteers working tirelessly
Our drive therefore remains to calling on good humans like you join us on this fruitful journey as a one time giver, monthly giver or you can even join us for volunteer opportunities to this incredible mission in preparation for a grand opening in 2026 in just around the corner
Would you love participating in a drive to seeing more rural moms and their children thrive in Jinja, Uganda? Let’s join forces by investing and sustaining opportunities in the number on movement in the heart of Africa
